The way it appears quietly in the sky... a slow arc of light that feels ancient and unhurried. This piece was made with that feeling in mind.
Sacred Orbit is a handcrafted ceramic wall hanging made from dragon fruit clay, left raw and speckled in its natural state. Mandala impressions are pressed into the surface using a mold, then finished with a mocha brown underglaze and a warm bronze glaze that settles into every detail... rich, layered, and a little ceremonial.
Hanging from soft black leather cord with brass beads sourced from Africa and smooth onyx, gathered from markets and gem shows around the world. Each bead chosen by hand. Nothing here is accidental.
Ten and a half inches of wall space from leather to moon tip, six inches wide. The kind of piece that anchors a room without trying.
