Fossil Tide — Electroformed Wall Hanging & Wind Spinner with Fossilized Coral Agate
This one started millions of years ago.
Fossil Tide is built around a piece of fossilized coral agate, ancient marine life pressed into stone over time, its structure still visible in every swirl and chamber. I electroformed the edges in copper by hand, a process where metal is slowly grown onto the surface through electricity... layer by layer, until the stone and the copper become one.
Above it, a strand of hand-gathered beads; warm ivory, deep garnet, rich chocolate fossil agate stone. Each one chosen for how it feels against the next. Copper chain at the top. Nothing mass produced. Nothing rushed.
