This handmade ceramic ring dish started with a texture roller... a butterfly surrounded by floral scrollwork, rolled directly into dragon fruit clay. Every detail pressed in by hand.
The butterfly sits at the center, finished with a warm copper metallic glaze. The floral scroll surround is glazed in blue tigers eye... rich brown with unexpected hints of blue that shift in the light.
